Independent II is looking for first and second-shift production workers to join our team!

We are a privately-owned corrugated manufacturer whose been operating in the Louisville area since 2006. We are a young company, always growing, and that growth provides constant opportunity for the right individuals. What We are Looking For:

• Ability to work with people in a diverse environment

• Basic math computational skills and the ability to read a tape measure is a big plus!

• High school/College diploma, or GED

• Ability to learn manufacturing processes and practices

• Lifting and loading materials (up to 50 lbs.)

• Experience in manufacturing, ink formulation, or maintenance? Come on!!!!
